MrBeast became the highest-paid YouTuber ever in 2021, earning an estimated $54 million on the platform. This year, his earnings hit $82 million, more than twice that of any other creator. His main channel, a mix of challenges, giveaways (including an island), gaming and reaction videos, has upward of 213 million subscribers, putting it at number two — just behind T-Series, the Indian music label and film studio’s music videos channel — and he has five other channels reeling in an additional 83 million-plus. Arguably more impressive are his ventures outside YouTube, including the MrBeast Burger franchise, with more than 1,000 locations across North America and Europe, and the food company Feastables, which launched in 2022 with its own brand of chocolate bars. This year, he picked up his fourth Creator of the Year Award (in a row) at the 2023 Streamys.
